How We Hire
Our process is designed to be straightforward and respectful of your time. Here's what to expect:
Step 1: Application Submit your application through this form. Include your updated resume and a short intro video so we can get to know you beyond the paper.
Step 2: Initial Call A quick conversation with our team to learn about your background, what you're looking for, and whether the role is a good mutual fit.
Step 3: Second Interview A deeper conversation with the hiring lead. We'll dive into your experience, how you think, and what you'd bring to the role.
Step 4: Take-Home Assessment A short, practical assessment to see how you approach real-world scenarios.
Step 5: Final Interview A final conversation with the client to align on expectations, answer any remaining questions, and make sure it's the right fit for both sides.
